The IV Polish Geological Congress (Polski Kongres Geologiczny) \u2013 the most significant cyclic event in Polish Geosciences – was held last week at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144. During the event, almost 400 participants had the opportunity to listen to many interesting lectures, take part in discussions and poster sessions and participate in a panel discussion on the future of Polish geology. The event brought together scientists, professionals, experts, students and geology enthusiasts and fostered the exchange of knowledge and experience. One of the programme’s highlights was the presentation of the Brineris project, given by Magdalena Worsa-Kozak during the \u00abGeology of Mineral Deposits and Mining\u00bb session. The speech was met with great interest and discussion behind the scenes. We are happy to spread the word about our project on the national level and attract many Polish stakeholders to rethink geothermal and oil and gas projects regarding valuable elements recovery.<\/p>\n
