BrineRIS is committed to the continued development of its members and strong cooperation between partners, which is why the last few days were an intensive period of study visit at the\u00a0Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) \/ Geologian tutkimuskeskus (GTK), which hosted a team from the\u00a0Wroclaw University of Science and Technology\u00a0in Kuopio.
\nDuring the three-day meeting, there was an exchange of knowledge and experience on lithium recovery technology from geothermal brines between the participants. GTK presented its many laboratories and, with the\u00a0Wroclaw University of Science and Technology\u00a0team, discussed processes and methods for recovering selected elements from ores and brines, together with the possibility of their implementation into the BrineRIS project.
