BrineRIS Project has started a series of capacity-building training workshops, preferably for professionals from RIS countries. The first one was held on August 30-31 in Espoo, Finland, at GTK- Geological Survey<\/a> of Finland\u2019s headquarters. The two-day hybrid BrineRIS Professional Training on Geodata Management was based on the experience and solutions of GTK. Jyrki Kokkonen and Quentin Dehaine introduced on-site and online trainees to databases, data collection systems, GIS-based online solutions, and geological and geometalurgical data acquisition and management. For the consortium partners, it was the opportunity to finally meet in person after a long period of remote meetings. Next year\u2019s workshop is planned in Hungary and will be related to geothermal water and energy.<\/div>\n
